Bugger – if there weren’t points attached to blogging, I wouldn’t be sharing like this but you asked for it.
My report card reads:
Hydration B Much better – sipping away at my desk, up to 2 bottles a day (currently coffee however)
Nutrition D Started the week well, with my little box of nuts, some dried fruit, making salad for lunch, nutritious and healthy dinners, to now … smoked fish pie for lunch (everything in it was white), pork roll with cracking for dinner 2 nights ago (but I actually hated the crackling, can’t handle the fat – that’s a step in the right direction)
Exercise F Did Yoga on Tuesday night, 2 sessions at physio (does that count – any points for going to the physio?). I blame Jimmy being away – I am a rudderless ship without him – he’s my WeightWatchers! Someone I have to report to at least twice a week. Pathetic, eh? Reasons, not excuses.
So basically I’ve had most of the week off - will do better. If this was a work performance review, would I be on a verbal or written warning?
Juddy – if I blog twice before 9pm, does it could as 2 people?
