Had a blast at Zumba last night. All my bad memories of my previous Zumba class out East are now forgotten and I may do this class again. J
On the other hand my PT session with Jimmy yesterday has destroyed my arms and typing is rather uncomfortable….thank goodness I don’t need my arms for spin tomorrow.
