Thought someone better write something to get the ball rolling for our team, plus the other teams seem to have already started blogging!
I went to the gym last night and did 50mins cardio on the bike, cross trainer and treadmill. Going again tonight for a PT session so only one more session and I get the points allocated for attending three times in one week.
