Lisa's Progress Report

Hi team,
     I had a fitness test and review with Juddy today before an awesome upper body work out, and have made some good progress which hopefully contributes to the overall result for Team MARU.  I started this journey 6 weeks ago (one month prior to Evolution) and have increased my fitness level significantly by doing at least 4 high intensity cardio sessions a week (active fit, spin or own interval cardio on bike/treadmill + sessions with Juddy) over this period. 2 weeks into Evolution and around 2 kgs down.
     I will be coming to the group session tomorrow morning (sat) at 9am and attending Hit It (Boxing) class next Wed, MC2, Yoga and Latin dancing on Thu which should take me close to completing the 8 classes to get max points.  Think I  have to do one more class (Kick It) the following Mon and I am done.  Anyone who is keen to join in with me, pse let me know.
     See you all on Sat hopefully.
